Starting this October, you’ll be able to apply for two brand-new funding tracks: With the new “Up and Coming” and “Resilience” programs, we’re broadening the scope of the Prototype Fund - including a specifically designed track for alternatives to the tech giants.
In this talk we’ll tell you everything about the new Prototype Fund, its funding tracks and share tips for the upcoming application round.
The Prototype Fund is a low-threshold funding program for free developers and small teams who develop innovative Free and Open Source Software from society and for society.
Marie is Co-Director of Prototype Fund. She studied literature and cultural journalism and was previously involved in various projects at the intersection of journalism, data protection and FOSS.
Enyong (she/her) works as Program Manager at Prototype Fund. Next to it she supports groups, organizations and individuals in building structures and workflows that match their needs, resources and goals. A key focus of her work is the exploration of individual and collective well-being as a foundation for sustainable collaboration.
